Karen Johnson joined Caruso Kitchen Designs in 2024 as the Chief Operating Officer focused on daily operations, improving business processes, human resources, and technology. She has held leadership positions in the manufacturing and construction industries as well as K-12 education. Karen has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Seattle University.
