Liz Majors and her daughter Anne love to cook and entertain. But it was a challenge in the cramped kitchen of their 50-year-old home. With Anne in a wheelchair, a remodel was in order to widen the space and make it easier for her to move around, so Liz went to Caruso Kitchens. “For years I collected kitchen photos from home decorating magazines,” said Liz. “My Caruso Kitchens designer Kim, understood that I wanted a classic,timeless design that won’t get old or dated,” said Liz. “Her solution included convenient extras that are within reach of Anne’s wheelchair – a lower refrigerator drawer, a knee area below the sink and counter, and even a pull-out shelf for our tv media center.
